Let's get to it. The first thing we will do is a initiation theoretical course (2 hours) on canyoning, in which we will explain how to act in the face of any challenge that you may encounter in any ravine and also how to go canyoning safely and without risks.

After this class, we put everything we learned into practice, descending the La Bolera ravine, (4 hours) in the heart of the Sierra de Cazorla, in the town of Pozo Alcón.

After this first experience, you will understand how much you enjoy this activity.
