We want you to join us on the superior Miraval canyon descent. This section differs from the lower section in that, although it is still for beginners, it is a little more technical and therefore is not recommended for small children.

We will cross the beautiful Miraval Gorges while we bathe in crystalline pools, where you can make exciting jumps. Another of the great charms of this canyon are the natural slides through which you can jump, without any danger, since the guide will tell you exactly how you should do it.

The characteristics of the upper section of the Miraval mean that you can come and do this descent from the age of 14. If you have younger children, check the offer of the lower section, which would be appropriate.

All canyoners must come with their towel, swimsuit, clothes and shoes to change afterwards, and closed shoes to put in the river. We also recommend bringing water and a picnic. If you wear glasses, tie a cord to them.
