We run half-day trips to the canyon, led by professional outdoor guides. There’s some hiking at the start, followed by a safety talk, and then 2 hours in the water. The experience is suitable for anyone over 14 who’s comfortable in the water and ready to give 110%.
All equipment to keep you safe and warm is included. You need to choose a good pair of shoes to wear in the water, plus a swimsuit because you’ll be using one of our wetsuits, and a helmet and buoyancy aid.
