In fact, included in the price you will have a canyoning preparation course on Sunday which will take place on Saturday in the afternoon. Our instructors will teach you the movements to do on a rock wall in the gym. Included you will also have a dinner with drinks included and an overnight stay in a hotel with breakfast included. Sunday's activity will begin at 9 in the morning, for six hours of fun on the Lucanian Apennines.

You will face the thrill of climbing mountains and crossing streams with ropes as your only grip!
