Paragliding flight Statue of the Redeemer 30 minutes

Maratea is famous for its Statue of the Redeemer, a work of art located on Monte San Biagio and which will be our point take-off point, from where we will do a 30-minute paragliding flight.

Along the planned itinerary, you will get to know the city of Maratea, in the province of Potenza. We will fly over the landscape together until we land on the Black Beach. It will be a fascinating journey that you will want to repeat many times.

The meeting point will be the Redeemer Statue at 500 meters above sea level, where a specialist from our team will give you a briefing to introduce you to all the flight techniques. You can fly with your back to the wing or in front of the wing, the technique you choose will depend on the weather conditions on the day. The activity aims to make you experience one of the best moments of your life.

The facility will provide you with the materials you need, you don't have to worry about anything else. Participate with 5 other members in groups of at least 16 years of age.

You don't need to be an expert, so come from October to May and start the most incredible adventure of your life. Our staff wants to make you feel the clouds, book now!

When you think of Maratea the first image that comes to mind is its beautiful Statue of the Redeemer, the same place where our paragliding flight will begin > 30 minutes and which will be completely recorded to have a wonderful video to show to all your friends.

We invite you to start this flight together with our staff of specialized instructors who will show you all the landscapes of this place in Basilicata until you reach the Black Beach. The first phase of the activity is the briefing, that is, the explanation of the peculiarities of the territory and the techniques that will be performed. It is possible to take off behind or in front of the glider, the choice between the two techniques will depend on the weather conditions of the day.

From the age of 16 everyone is invited, no experience is necessary, just the desire to have fun in groups of maximum 6 members. Remember that not only will you be flying, but you will also have a specialized cameraman at your disposal to capture the best moments and make a video of you.

The structure offers the possibility of having all the necessary equipment, obviously including the sail, an indispensable element that must be in excellent condition like ours.
