Most of the equipment is provided to you once you arrive at the base, including a full 5 mm neoprene suit, a helmet and a harness. For your part, it would be necessary for you to bring your sports shoes, preferably very sturdy shoes or canyoning shoes if you have them, your swimsuit and a towel.

- It is essential to have good swimming skills in a minimum distance of 50 m.
