TheArtigue canyonis one of the most beautiful canyons in Ariège. Located in the heart of the mountain and facing south, we assure you that it is worth the detour!Vegetation and sunshine as far as the eye can see, you will enjoy an incomparable panorama on the most beautiful peaks of the Ariège massifs.
The departure for this activity is from theVicdessos Tourist Office. Our guide welcomes you and is available to answer any questions you may have. He will also brief you on the techniques relating to this canyon. After handing over your equipment, you will hit the road for a 30-minute approach walk.
Once you arrive at the start of the descent, you will progress through the canyon and do a series of jumps (up to 12 meters), slides, zip lines, swimming and abseiling. You will then take a picnic break after approximately 4 hours of descent to regain your strength for the rest of the descent. Once the day of canyoning is over, we will finish with a 15-minute return walk where you will admire the blueberries, fruit trees characteristic of the region.

- Swimming must be mastered and jumps can be avoided if you don't want to venture there.
- The minimum age is 14 years old.
- The level of this descent is described as sporty.
- There will be a maximum of 9 people per activity to ensure the best possible conditions.
