Once in Saint-Moré, your instructor will give you a briefing and equip you with all the equipment and canoe. You will then go directly into the water and start paddling. Thedescent is generally done in 2 hours, but the pace differs from each person. You can therefore take your role seriously and make an intense and rapid descent, just as you can travel the waters of the region while admiring thelandscapes on both banks, notably the cliffs of Saint-Moré or the spectacular caves of Arcy-sur-Cure.
