This is the Cure River. You will be able to make a crossing and discover the calm and tranquility that the natural side of the Yonne department brings. Between the river, the greenery of the streams and the silence that reigns in the area, peace and relaxation will indeed be there.
Aboard a two-seater canoe, which can even accommodate a third passenger (child between 7 and 11 years old), you will sail along and admire several picturesque settings, which will charm you and will enhance your adventure.
The meeting point is at Arcy-Sur-Cure. You will be welcomed there so you can travel to the departure point by shuttle. Once in Saint-Moré, your instructor will give you a briefing and equip you with all the equipment and canoe. You will then go directly into the water and start paddling. Thedescent is generally done in 2 hours, but the pace differs from each person. You can therefore take your role seriously and make an intense and rapid descent, just as you can travel the waters of the region while admiring thelandscapes on both banks, notably the cliffs of Saint-Moré or the spectacular caves of Arcy-sur-Cure.
