Your one-hour horseback ride begins at our equestrian center in Montillot, two hours from Paris, but above all less than an hour from Auxerre, in the department of l'Yonne. As soon as you arrive, you will meet our team of enthusiasts and one of them will take care of showing you around the stables and introducing you to the equines. In our equestrian center in the town of Montillot, our team of experienced instructors will meet you, to help you discover an exceptional world, in which you will become familiar with equines, among the best of friends humans. On site and 40 minutes from Auxerre, you will share a surprising moment with our team, who will welcome you and show you the stables and horses. The instructor who will accompany you will then give you a short presentation of the ride and its progress, then give you all the safety instructions and basic techniques for riding a horse.
Then, the time will come to get to know the horse that accompanies you. With this, you will create a bond by helping the team take care of him and prepare him for the ride. After he is groomed, brushed and saddled, you can ride on his back. The horseback riding will then begin at this precise moment.
