This dusk paddle experience makes canoeing even more special, and exploring Ullswater as we watch the stunning sunrays slowly fall to the lake and change to nightfall.
The water is such a unique perspective to watch day turn to dusk as we venture through the lake, taking you to the wild and beautiful areas of the lake. There may even be the opportunity to stop ashore to set up a fire and have a hot chocolate while watching the sun go down; this is the perfect experience for adventurers, young and old, especially to keep young families happy and entertained.
Guiding you the whole way will be one of our expert instructors with lots of leadership experience and a great passion for the outdoors; you couldn't be in better company with the expert tips and local knowledge we will add to the exciting paddle experience.
Your guide will start the activity with a safety briefing and supply of the necessary equipment, which will be your canoe and paddle but also a buoyancy aid. We highly suggest bringing suitable footwear like a pair of trainers or walking boots and a towel for drying if you get a splash or two, but the waters should be calm and peaceful.
