Here at Brentford Lock, we offer two-seater Canadian Canoes for rent. The sessions are 1.5 to 2 hours long, enough time to explore the River Brent and the Grand Union Canal as they weave their way through this beautiful part of West London.

Because our canoes have a lot of storage space, you can bring your belongings. Why not pack a picnic and enjoy it on the riverbank? Although we don’t provide dry bags, you don’t have to worry about your things getting wet.

The session will start with a safety briefing from our trained staff members. Then you’re off! The canoes are simple to use, so even first-time canoeists don’t need a guide telling them what to do and where to go.

You can take a child with you in the canoe if they’re over five years old. The family dog is welcome too, provided it’s small and well-behaved.
