The equipment is provided to you once you arrive at the departure base by the instructors who will accompany you to the activity. It includes a neoprene thermal suit, a vest and helmet adapted to your body type, a double paddle and finally an inflatable boat, more precisely the cano raft.
For your part, remember to come equipped with sturdy sports shoes, a swimsuit and a towel. Once well equipped, you can begin yoursensational descent into the small whitewater streams, in an easily maneuverable cano raft. You will feel more and more in balance as you paddle and will be able to enjoy the sublime natural landscape that surrounds you.
The instructors who will accompany you are very pleasant and professional. They will give you adeparture briefingto show you the basics of agood canoe-raft adventureand you will be able to board the light raft together to enjoy the your adventure.
The activity is accessible from 8 years old, the main thing is to know how to swim 25 mto prove that you are independent in the water and therefore capable of overcoming the sensational falls in the white waters of the Aude.
