The descent of the Sella is one of the most fun and famous activities you can do in Asturias, and for this we will provide you with everything you need so that you don't have to worry about bringing nothing. Ready to navigate the waters of this river that flows into the Cantabrian Sea?

We will need about 3 or 4 hours in your schedule so you can enjoy this canoe descent. Since the waters of this river are calm, it is an activity designed to be enjoyed as a family, so the little ones from the age of 5 years old will be able to enjoy the waters of the Sella with a of our canoes.

You will have a transport service from Ribadesella to Arriondas, which will be the starting point of the march. On the way back, we will return to Ribadesella, where facilities with showers and changing rooms await you where you can change, since you will inevitably get wet during the journey.

We will provide you with a life jacket and all the technical equipment that consists of the canoe, paddle and the drum so that you can store the belongings that you want to take with you during the 16 kilometers of the tour.

We advise you to wear comfortable clothing, a raincoat in winter and sunscreen in summer, shoes that can get wet, and... We encourage you to come, because you will surely have a great time!
