The route that we offer is perfect for a first canoeing experience. It will offer you many sensations and adrenaline rushes, but the obstacles remain very simple to overcome. The rapids follow one another, but they remain easy to cross. This is a perfect opportunity to experience a sensational moment that does not require any special skills.
You can join us in Villars-sur-Varin our center. It is located 30 minutes from Nice and 1 hour from Cannes. There you will meet your instructor. He will give you your boat and the equipment. You can choose between an inflatable boat and a rigid ship. This can be two-seater or single-seater. You'll be spoiled for choice ! Your instructor will then give you a quick introduction before accompanying you on your hike.
In order to carry out this activity, you will only need to know how to swim. Remember to wear a swimsuit under your wetsuit, bring a pair of closed shoes that are not afraid of water and a towel to dry yourself off at the end of the descent. A mini bus will be waiting for you at the end of your route. He will take you back to our base where you can find your belongings and yourcar.
