Now, you will have to choose which section to do, such as:
- Las Rozas – Arriondas: This is the Sella descent ideal for families. With only 4 kilometers in length, it is the most appropriate way to enjoy its course and its surroundings.
- Las Rozas – Toraño: A somewhat more demanding canoeing route, but one of the most accomplished. It takes almost 4 hours and we will reach the Toraño bridge.

Las Rozas – Llovio: Finally, we find the canoeing route that goes to Llovio and this is the most complex of all. A total of 19 kilometers and the opportunity to see the most beautiful things about this river in all its splendor.
Leave your backpack ready and come to Las Rozas to enjoy a descent of the Sella in a canoe with the whole family. The children will have a great time and it will be the best way to break the routine and spend time together. This is a canoeing route through the Sella designed for the whole family to which children from 5 to 11 years old will be able to sign up without any problem.
