This is our oldest tour, and it allows you to experience how the city has developed and changed over time, learn the stories of these historic areas and receive local insights from our expert guides.
Over three and a half hours, there is so much time to explore the docklands of London Town and visit numerous landmarks across the east end. We will start from Lambeth; you can easily find our base from Lambeth North Underground and Waterloo stations. Many of the locations are listed below:

The art theme continues when we lead you to New Global Theatre, a replicate of the extraordinary Elizabethan theatre laid in infamy by none other than William Shakespeare. After a few stops along the riverside, you will cross over the spectacular Tower Bridge, with even more spectacular views.
After, you take in the stunning skyline sights with many skyscrapers to spot and admire, including the Gherkin, which beckons over all the other breathtaking views of the area.
The Dockyards is next on the agenda, as you will navigate an intricate collection of alleys and warehouses with a break at a local pub on the waterside.
Cycling along the riverside is relaxing and also great exercise, and it gets even better as the guide leads you into the more modern districts of London that have changed so much and make for such an exciting tour. A pedal through the Square Mile is next, with various architectural beauties, such as Lloyd's of London.
Before we head for a view of the astounding River Thames and all that surrounds, we invite you to take in the beauty of the fantastic St. Paul's Cathedral, the last prominent landmark, before we head back to Lambeth and conclude this tour of non-stop views and intriguing insights.

Deal overview
What makes this tour so original is that it was the first one we created in 1991, so it is the oldest of its kind in London; so for three and a half hours, you get to step back in time to tour and learn so much about the docklands and London town.
You can find us near Lambeth North Underground and Waterloo stations at our base in Lambeth, Kensington. The journey will start from here and will lead you to a whole host of different sites and locations, which include:

We then head riverside and continue on our art-filled adventure at the New Global Theatre and further towards the river to Borough Market, one of the oldest food markets in the city, which is a big part of British culture, the food.
The excitement builds when you head off across Tower Bridge, where you can truly enjoy the wonders of London's skyline, such as the iconic Gherkin and all the beautiful sights in all directions. After more relaxing paddling along the dockyards, we will take a quick break at Captain Kidd, a pub on the waterside.
Our tour guides will continue to provide all the interesting historical insights you could need as we head back West and see how the area has changed; what was once a place for affluent industrial land is now filled with young designers and businesses. Before we get to the big finale of this beautiful tour, we will pass many architectural wonders in the Square Mile, London's financial district.
Last but most certainly not least, St. Paul's cathedral; use your time wisely and take in this masterpiece's glory before we head to Blackfriars bridge to admire the stunning River Thames and head back to Lambeth.
