Once the home of the Royal Company of Archers, the historic Winton Estate has hosted many special events in its history and been home to royalty, but archery enthusiasts and keen beginners will be interested to know that the nearby Archerfield is where the sovereign's bodyguards sharpened their archery skills and practised their shooting.

Only around a 30 minute drive from Edinburgh, you won't find a more spectacular spot to get some target practice and learn archery techniques from top-class instructors amid a stunning castle and beautiful estate.

Don't worry if you aren't a master archer; no experience or advanced skills are required; our expert instructors can brief you and tailor the session around all ability levels and create a session that is challenging and entertaining for everyone; we always aim to provide the ultimate fun experience that you won't forget in a hurry.

Our target archery sessions can last between 90 minutes and 2 hours; under our guidance, you might even hit in a bullseye or two, so it is an experience to invite family and friends to whatever the occasion; we are highly regarded for our ability to host large group events and create a day out to remember.
