Then come coasteering and dive, splash, swim and scramble your way to a feeling of freedom that you can’t find elsewhere! We are blessed with an epic coastline here in Dunbar, East Lothian, and want to show people that it’s the ideal place for adventure.
In this three-hour session, we’ll meet at our HQ, transport you to a stretch of coast with favourable conditions and get stuck in. Our full-body protective equipment will allow you to move about in and around the water without worrying about the cold or the rocks.
Of course, we’ll also send certified guides with you. They’ll lead the excursion, giving you the chance to try some extraordinary cliff jumps and helping you use the forces of nature - tide, waves, etc. - to your advantage.
Coasteering is an extreme sport but you always have the choice of whether to attempt a tricky section or not. Our sessions are suitable for beginners, so long as they can swim and are over 12 years old. We can take groups of up to 12 people at a time.
