Live an adventure in the Sierra Norte de Puebla with this excursion on the Río Sifón.
This is a 2-day package of activities with accommodation, perfect for the most extreme. In 2 days you will have to do rappel in the mountain and after following an intense hiking route, you will have to overcome a series of aerial challenges such as hanging bridges and walls of stone..
Our expedition begins the first day in the cabin where the guides are waiting for us to give us an explanation of the activity and the facilities. We take the road to the community of Totolapan to go to the Sifón River.
We are going to go to the Texcapa Light Plant and here we will provide an explanation to our visitors since it belongs to the Necaxa hydroelectric complex.
From here we begin our walk by crossing the suspension bridge suspended over the river, but first we will give you the safety equipment for the tour. After crossing the bridge we will reach our descent point, where we have to do the rappel, it is explained how to make the exit, handling the equipment and we carry out the activity on the stone walls of the river.
The next day we had breakfast in the cabin .
Afterwards, each person will be given the equipment to take a bicycle tour, you will be given instructions for use and we will begin the tour.
At the end, we will do an interpretive hike through the coffee orchard. As we progress, the type of flora and fauna of the place and the importance of the biological corridors are mentioned.
Finally, we returned to the cabin to discuss experiences. The activities end at 2 or 3 in the afternoon.
