If you like Rappel and want to learn some useful techniques to become more and more independent in this sport, we offer you a basic course. strong>2 introductory sessions to Rappel techniques, so that they can join the activity in good shape and preparedin the climbing area llos Remedios Las Arañas, Naucalpan, State of Mexico.
First session on Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to use techniques that you can complement in your practice when descending. The points that you are going to take in this class have some very important points that you are going to have to put into execution of the activity.
- General knowledge of the equipment
- Equipment load units
- Knots and anchors
- Rope protection systems
- Exit to rope protection
- Rappelling exit at a 90° angle
- Assurance technique
For the second part of the session it will be held on Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Where you will learn the different forms of descent such as head and sergeant, two styles that you can explore with your instructors and that you will love doing them and putting them into practice once you learn.

For this rappelling course the calendar will only be open on Saturdays and Sundays only.
