We will pass between the villages at the top of Mount Etna while we see the territory changing in front of us until we reach, via an off-road route full of adrenaline, the Valle del Bove, where, thanks to the naturalistic guide who will accompany you, you will discover the events that generated the formation of one of the highest volcanoes in Europe.
We will follow on board our 4x4 off-road vehicle until we reach the Sartorius Buttonhole, for a walk on a path of eruptive cones that will give you the opportunity to get to know one of the places of a immense naturalistic value, surrounded by a magnificent white birch forest.
In the middle of the day we will have a lunch break in a characteristic chalet/refuge on Etna to set off again towards the geological mysteries of the volcano, with a guided visit to a lava flow cave , in which you will discover what the red-hot passage of lava leaves behind.
To then continue towards Alcantara, with its gorges and rocks sculpted by nature, in which it is possible to immerse yourself, although, whether in winter or summer, you will be surprised to discover that its waters are constantly freezing.
After the visit to Alcantara, we will take the road back on board our jeep, to end this adventurous 4x4 off-road excursion!
