Indoor climbing is a complete sport that allows you to put your strength and agility into play and helps you achieve small goals step by step. Furthermore, it is an excellent alternative for all mountain and mountain lovers, because it gives you the opportunity to climb and feel like you are on the slopes of the mountains in the middle of the city.
With Arrampica Roma and in the presence of our teachers, who have years of experience, you will be able to develop your physical strength, endurance and capacity for effort, learn the many types of climbing and discover the one that is best for you. You will also be able to meet many new people who share your same passion!
The association is based in the State Police Sports Center in Rome, our structure is organized with courses that introduce you to this beautiful activity, they are numerous and suitable for all types of levels and ages, so you will surely be able to find the activity that's right for you.
We go from basic courses for indoor climbing for beginners, up to experimenting with the via ferrata or learning to climb the cliff.
In short, there is something for all tastes! Arrampica Roma wants to introduce even the little ones to this type of experience: for this reason it has decided to organize courses for under 18s too, an excellent opportunity to develop their motor skills, form a group, learn to collaborate with each other and certainly make new friends.
In addition to traditional artificial climbing in the gyms, the association also organizes outdoor activities such as mountaineering or ski mountaineering, always accompanied by expert mountain guides and instructors.
