Indoor climbing course for beginners in Rome

This offer is perfect for all those who want to approach the world of climbing. This is a package of eight lessons in total which aims to ensure that the practitioner gains confidence with the climbing wall and acquires the basic techniques for moving independently.

The eight lessons, which will take place in the indoor gym, will then be followed by an outdoor excursion organized by the instructors, during which you can put into practice the skills acquired during the course and experiment with outdoor climbing.

The course is valid both for learning the methods of bouldering: which consists of a climb that does not require the use of ropes, but which requires the presence of mattresses that are soft at the base to cushion any falls; another method that will be taught is the rope method, which differs from the first due to the absence of the mattress, but which includes the use of a rope and harness which gives a greater degree of safety during the climbing.

The eight lessons will be carried out over the course of a month, so you will have two lessons per week from Monday to Friday. The price of membership to the association must be added to the cost of the course as well as that relating to the shoes and harness, which will be provided to the participant only during the first lesson.
