At Espeleoturismo Madrid we put at your disposal the necessary safety material to carry out the activity, such as ropes, harness or helmet with lighting. In addition, you will be accompanied by a specialized guide who knows the area perfectly, so that you do not worry about anything and do not miss any corner.

You will be in charge of getting to the starting point, but if you cannot due to lack of transportation, arrange a pick-up with the guide.

There will be certain elements that you cannot forget to bring. First of all, comfortable clothing, ideally adapted to this activity. And don't forget that you are going to get dirty! But of course, you can change clothes at the end.

It is advisable to bring boots, water or mountain boots, to make the route easier and more passable. And although the level of activity is very basic, it is preferable that you have good physical shape. There will be certain times when you will have to climb or crawl, and it is better to have certain abilities to hold up well. We want you to enjoy!

If you want to complete your equipment, don't forget some gloves and a small backpack to carry water, food or spare batteries. And to save the best memories, bring your camera!
