Company Overview
At Hípica Montenegro we combine all the services that can be provided in an equestrian center with the family atmosphere provided by the professionals who make up our club.
Our tracks, boxes and meadows are constantly expanding to provide assistance to more and more types of public, habitual or not, of equestrian disciplines:
- Horseback riding routes: designed so that those who want to spend a day riding our horses can do so. We intend to provide a complete experience so different types of meals served at the club can be added to the tour.
- Riding school: with group classes at initiation levels and private lessons as part of the technical training of expert riders in which specific aspects are worked on.
- Adapted horse riding: with which we facilitate access to horse riding in its usual forms as a sport for people who have a disability, not relegating them to therapies.
- Hippotherapy: sessions in which a benefit for the intellectual disabilities of patients resulting from the relationship with the horse is sought.
In addition, together with the center's cafeteria you can organize your events and birthdays.
Summary Horseback Riding
At Hípica Montenegro horse riding professionals will share with you their extensive knowledge about horses. From our Madrid farm we try to give students and visitors a complete vision of this world and what the relationship with these animals implies.
We do it from two points of view, adapting our services to those who wish to formally dedicate themselves to horse riding and to those who maintain occasional contact with horses in their leisure time with:
- Ride through the countryside: we will ride horses around El Pardo where we will be able to see the natural characteristics of this part of the Community of Madrid. The equestrian club's alternatives are available to participants to complete this proposal. You can request a car tour, a photo session or eat barbecue or paella.
- Riding school: with classes in all modalities and levels with special attention to beginners at any age. They take place from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. We also organize private technical lessons and others for the little ones at the pony club.
Summary Horse Riding Camps
At Hípica Montenegro we open the doors of our farm to young people and children when those of the schools close for vacation. In the months of June, July and August we welcome participants between 5 and 16 years old as an essential part of our equestrian camps.
These programs have a double purpose: to experience a progressive introduction to horse riding and to establish quality relationships with outdoor activities and new companions. We will be active from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., so it is also an excellent option to leave your children while you work.
Among the activities, those related to horses will have an important weight and will be complemented with other proposals:
- Riding and handling: we will work to create a base in this sport with the club's animals. We will teach you how to care for them and approach them in the correct way, from the position to approach them to how to carry them from one point to another.
- Theory: to have global knowledge about what we are doing, we will see fundamental concepts about morphology, nutrition, breeds and types of materials that we use to assemble.
- Games and workshops: we will go hiking in the surroundings, compete in gymkhanas, battle in refreshing water fights and create crafts.
