Company Overview
At Equus ELM we are different for two clear reasons: the attention we pay so that anyone can come to horse riding and a location close to the city that makes us a leisure point in nature with better access.
We are in a facility where the horses are pampered with comfortable boxes, large tracks and toilet areas. This is combined with spaces for the rider's well-being such as changing rooms equipped with showers and lockers in which to store personal belongings. You can spend great moments in the social shelter, the terrace from which you can see the slopes and the barbecue area. All of them provide assistance to:
- The equestrian camps: for children and young people from 4 years old with the possibility of being only in the morning shift, all day until 9 p.m., or staying in the cabins that we have in the facilities.
- Horse and pony rides: as initiation experiences for adults and children. The equestrian baptism includes a 30-minute class and a subsequent route. With the ponies, the little ones ride for 10 minutes inside the farm.
- Equestrian birthday: for children from 12 months with gymkhanas on horse or pony, depending on age. They can be contracted together with the use of our premises so that you can bring the snack that you want to offer to the guests.
- Equestrian training: with classes for participants with no level in general or in the discipline of classical dressage.
Summary Horseback Riding
Equus ELM is an equestrian center where you find the main equestrian services in a natural environment without the need to leave the urban area. This advantage allows you to make the most of your free time with us because you will not have to spend it on long trips whenever you want:
- Experience your baptism on horseback: we pay special attention to those who have not ridden before with a first experience in which you learn the basics of going out with the animal for half an hour. Then we will move on to practice with a route around the farm.
- Let your children take a pony ride: the little ones have an activity under controlled conditions by boarding our ponies inside the horse riding facility in 10-minute periods.
- Give horse riding classes: at initiation levels for the entire public with no age limit. In a more professional way we prepare riders and horsewomen in classical dressage as well as to pass their galloping exams.
- Join horseball: a lesser-known discipline but one that already appears among the modalities of the International Federation. You can train and be part of our team.
Summary Horse Riding Camps
At Equus ELM you have the equestrian camps with the most options on an excellently connected farm next to Torrejón de Ardoz. Register your children with the confidence of a center whose facilities have been approved by the Madrid Equestrian Federation.
We are targeting participants from 4 years old who will be housed in our own space and for whom no prior level is required. We will train them from the ground up to understand the horse and help those who are preparing for galloping exams advance.
- Schedules and shifts: you can stay in the camp with accommodation, only during the day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. or half a day ending the activities at 2 p.m. p>
Boarding students will sleep in cabins and will have breakfast to dinner included. Those who choose the 12-hour stay option will be entitled to food and snacks.
- Activities: our riding technicians will take care of immersing you in the equestrian field following traditional classes and others such as horseball or games with ponies. We will introduce them to the care of the animal so that they know their needs while we encourage their sense of responsibility.
We will dedicate several hours a day to gymkhanas, excursions and workshops with free time instructors.
