I'm Ashley. I was born in Mexico where she spent her childhood surrounded by great multiculturalism since her family spoke fluently in 3 different languages.
At first I opted for art, studying and graduating in Fine Arts and taking several photography courses, another of my great interests.
Meanwhile I have done journalism and copywriting work in companies aimed at the world of sports.
I later decided to change direction towards what I consider the great passion of my life: Yoga. To do this, I carried out studies and practices in various disciplines such as Ashtanga Yoga, Thai Massage, Acroyoga and Capoeira Angola.
I also develop teams by carrying out training tasks and various schools and leisure activity centers, promoting teamwork and the cohesion of individuals to obtain better results.
