Only fans of the page may participate. To become a fan, users must visit Yumping's Facebook page and click "Like". Once a fan, they must enter the event titled "I'm off to SurfCamp" and upload a photo.
There will be 2 prizes (one SurfCamp per winner):
- Prize for the most original photo
- Prize for the fan who uploads the most photos
Terms and Conditions of the "I'm off to SurfCamp" Competition
1. Purpose
Yumping Adventure S.L. (hereinafter "Yumping") is organising a competition called "I'm off to SurfCamp" (hereinafter "competition") to reward our Facebook fan community and thank them for their loyalty to Yumping with a SurfCamp prize.
2. Scope
The competition begins on 7th June 2012 and will conclude in all respects on 15th June 2012 at 3:00 PM. The competition is valid nationally (Spain). The promotion will be announced on Yumping's Facebook profile, as will the competition winners.
3. Entry Requirements
- The competition is open to all legal residents of Spain aged 18 or over who are fans of Yumping's official Facebook page and have a genuine social media profile.
- Minors may not participate in the competition. Should a minor win, they will forfeit the prize, which will then be awarded to another eligible participant.
4. Prize
The competition prize consists of 2 SurfCamps (one per winner) with the following features:
- The prize must be redeemed between August and September 2012
- The SurfCamp takes place in Asturias with the "Rompiente Norte School"
- Includes 7 days of surf lessons at the chosen level
- 7 nights' accommodation
- Equipment provided during the camp stay
- Stand-up paddle surf lesson
- Pilates, shaping and board repair workshops
- Video analysis and theoretical video lesson
- Accident insurance
- Camp certificate
- Total value: €350
Only page fans may participate. To win, participants must either submit the most original photo or upload the most logo photos. Fans may upload as many photos as they wish. Participants' friends may also engage by sharing uploaded event photos.
6. Winner Announcement
Winners will be announced on Yumping's Facebook page on Friday 15/06/2012 at 4:00 PM, one hour after the participation deadline.
Both winners must upload a photo of their SurfCamp experience to our page.
7. Personal Data Processing
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December on Personal Data Protection, winners' acceptance of the prize constitutes express authorisation for Yumping to use their full names in any competition-related publicity without entitlement to compensation.
Data will be processed confidentially by Yumping solely for competition administration purposes.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Participation implies full acceptance of these terms. Any partial or complete non-acceptance will result in disqualification, releasing Yumping from all obligations to said participant.
