Skydiving is one of the star activities and a favourite among those seeking high doses of adrenaline - and no wonder, as during those minutes in the air you're overwhelmed by completely indescribable sensations, unlike anything you've ever experienced before.
Let me explain the process in case it's not clear yet. After booking and setting a date (obviously), you go to the airfield where the school's professional skydivers explain how the activity will proceed, what safety measures are in place, and what exactly the jump entails...

Once everything's clear, you board the plane with the instructors and jump attached to one of them when the plane reaches about 4,000 to 5,000 feet (depending on what you've booked).
How does your brain react at such height?
Well, believe it or not, even if you have vertigo and are afraid of leaning over a balcony, you should know that when you're that high up, your brain can't find a fixed reference point, so the perspective of height disappears and you won't feel that dizzying sensation.

And once you jump from the plane...
At that moment, you're overcome by a feeling of weightlessness where you'll practically feel like you're flying. Plus, you'll feel the speed and an adrenaline rush that courses through every part of your body. You'll probably need to let out a good shout to release everything inside you. Go for it!

The free fall lasts about 40 seconds to a minute, after which the instructor opens the parachute. You'll then have about 3 to 4 more minutes gliding down to catch your breath and relax while enjoying the views from up high. This flight will be the perfect ending to a truly spectacular feat.
So then... do you have what it takes?
This is an experience you must try at least once in your lifetime and especially before turning 30, when we're still willing to do "crazy" things that make us feel completely alive before time slips through our fingers. Dare to jump - grow a pair!
