A professional diver is someone who practises diving as a paid profession, whereas a recreational diver is someone who dives solely and exclusively for personal enjoyment and is never remunerated for it.

After completing this first course, you'll gain the necessary freedom to dive independently. Then you'll be ready for the next qualification: the Advanced course which will enhance your underwater capabilities and knowledge. After obtaining these certifications you'll be able to dive independently, but you'll always need to be accompanied by a professional.- Rescue Diver / Diver Stress & Rescue
