The restrictions of skydiving vanish in the largest wind tunnel in all of Europe. Age doesn’t matter, and neither does a fear of heights. Yet, at their facility in Las Rozas, you’ll feel you’re not just facing an alternative but a complement to professional jumpers from all fields—a new world you can be part of.
Your First Wind Tunnel Flight
Finally, you’re about to experience freefall, so a mix of anxiety and impatience takes over at the thought of the unknown. You don’t know what you’ll feel or if you’re ready for it. At Madrid Fly, you’ll join what they call Fun Flyers—people like you who fly for fun, usually for the first time, so their process is well-rehearsed.

You’ll be kitted out for the occasion to look the part and stay safe (the top priority). You’ll wear a full-body jumpsuit, goggles to keep your eyes open in the airflow, and a helmet to match your grand adventure. It’s vital everything’s fastened tight and you’ve removed everything from earrings to watches. Tie your trainers snugly—opt for sporty ones, or they might stay behind, leaving you to exit like Cinderella with one bare foot.
Though flying is straightforward, your instructor’s mission is to ensure you enjoy it from start to finish. Instead of diving straight in, they’ll spend 20–30 minutes explaining everything you need to know in a mini-class. The key lessons? Your body position (horizontal with arms and legs stretched) and the hand signals they’ll use to communicate—since the tunnel’s noise is intense. Earplugs are also available if you’d like them.

Afterwards, you’ll have a breather while your nerves buzz at the thought of entering the flight chamber. The instructor will stay with you, helping you position yourself and turning you as needed—whether toward the camera filming photos/videos or toward your companions, who won’t want to miss your speed-face as the chamber’s four engines roar.
Your first flight lasts one minute—the maximum freefall time in commercial skydiving. After a pause, you’ll get a second round, which you’ll enjoy even more now that you’re no longer a rookie. In short: you’ll be suspended mid-air in a first-time experience you can book now! And you’ll know you’ve never tried anything like it.
Kids Fly Too.
And not just because they imagine themselves as heroes from their favourite comics. At Madrid Fly, no one’s left out—not even children, with special options for ages 5–12. In fact, we’ve set the age limit at 105, but if you’re 106 or older, let’s talk—sound good?

It’s the perfect family day out, as everyone can join without leaving anyone sulking at home. Can you imagine a more original birthday? Pair it with a visit to our bar, and you’re all set.
Madrid Fly also caters to corporate events, offering companies a way to reward staff or teach teamwork. Their team-building spaces include debrief areas to motivate employees and send them back to work re-energised.
You Are (or Want to Be) a Pro.
Now that going "pro" is all the rage, Madrid Fly has a dedicated space for Pro Flyers—those who skydive professionally or hold certifications. If that’s you, each flight is cheaper (no instructor needed), with sessions from 15 minutes.

If your child lights up at the acrobatics, enrol them in the Flight Academy, where we teach independence inside the chamber. Who knows how far they’ll go?
