Skydiving isn't a decision you make overnight - though perhaps it should be, because if you overthink it (as often happens) you might miss out on what will undoubtedly be one of the most mind-blowing experiences of your life. But for this very reason, you should be aware of certain requirements needed for skydiving.
Generally speaking, almost anyone can go skydiving regardless of age or physical condition. However, there are some restrictions you should know about before booking your leap into the void.

- Individuals under 16 years old must present parental authorisation or consent from their legal guardian to skydive.
- Weigh between 40 and 100 kg, though some skydiving companies may slightly adjust these parameters.
- Not be taller than 2 metres.
- Not be pregnant.
- Not have consumed alcohol or drugs within 24 hours before skydiving.
- If you suffer from any chronic conditions or illnesses such as muscular pain or heart problems, you must inform the skydiving centre before your jump.

But as we said at the beginning, skydiving is one of the most exciting things you can possibly do. No one should miss out on experiencing that sensation that goes beyond mere adrenaline. However, we must remember it's an extreme sport that should only be done with a professional skydiving centre. Fortunately for you, there are skydiving centres across Spain.
