More and more of us are choosing the rush of adrenaline to escape our daily routines, worries, and stress. And for that, bungee jumping is an excellent option, offering massive doses of nature’s most addictive drug: adrenaline.

There are countless bungee jumping spots in Spain, but to whet your appetite, here are some jaw-dropping suggestions.

1. Kawarau Bridge, New Zealand

New Zealand is the world’s premier destination for this sport, as it’s where bungee jumping was invented in 1988 by A.J. Hackett. There are multiple jump points, but the most iconic is Kawarau. It’s not the tallest (43 metres), but it’s where it all began.
