Company Overview
The Oropa Botanical Garden is a structure managed by the municipal administration of the city of Biella, built on land belonging to the Sacro Monte of Oropa and part of the WWF Italy Oases.
The Sacro Monte has been recognized as a proterra area by the Region and is proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site: thanks to the Oropa Botanical Garden it has also been made a site of great importance from a botanical point of view and is protected for law.
The custody, operations and services within the Garden's territories are managed by the Cooperativa Clorofilla di Biella.
