Welcome to Bristol Zoo Gardens
We are the garden portion of the Bristol Zoo, located of course in Bristol. Our zoo has over 400 species of animals to enjoy, but there is more to what we do than that. Our gardens are among the most beautiful in the UK, featuring many rare and unusual plants from the world over. We have been gardening here for over 170 years, so we have been able to perfect our gardens and ensure that they are beautiful and colorful year round.
School groups are more than welcome to join us and learn about our plants and the conservation efforts we at the zoo take to protect animals both in the zoo and wild. You can hire the zoo out for weddings, corporate events, functions, and other such events.
We also have a great high ropes course called ZooRopia, which is appropriate for everyone age five and older.
