With more than 35 years of activity as a ski resort, Vallter 2000 is located in a cirque of glacial origin (Cirque de Morens - Ull de Ter), located in the easternmost area of the Pyrenees, in the Ripollés region, very close to the Girona town of Setcases.
Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, some of them exceeding 2,800 meters, the base of the station is 2,000 meters above the Ter River valley. This enviable geographical location allows you to contemplate a unique and exceptional panorama.
From elevation 2,535 you can see the Bay of Roses and Cape Creus. This proximity to the sea means that Levante storms leave large snowfalls that can exceed one meter in height. Vallter 2000 offers the most Mediterranean snow in the Pyrenees.

Summary Skiing
At the Vallter 2000 Esquí ski school we have a staff of 40 qualified professionals, all of them with plenty of experience to carry out this teaching task. Our human team goes through a constant recycling process to guarantee that we always offer you the latest techniques and innovations when it comes to ski courses.
In our school, courses are taught with the most appropriate methodology and techniques for each type of client. Our main objective is to adapt to the specific needs of each skier, progressing and perfecting techniques in the most comfortable, safe and fun way.
Lessons at Vallter 2000 Ski are offered in both individual and group formats and are aimed at children from 4 years old and adults. We have groups divided according to the level of the participants, thus promoting faster and more enjoyable learning.
