The ESF Valverg Breuil offers many winter sports, whether for children or adults, including people with disabilities. You will have the opportunity to start practicing:

Summary Skiing
Take advantage of new sensations by discovering or practicing skiing.
The instructors offer ski lessons organized according to the level and age of the skiers. Children are welcome from the age of 3, even if they have never skied. From 6 years old, it will be possible to take advantage of realski lessons with an instructor.
Adults will also find courses adapted to their expectations. This is an opportunity to discover or progress inalpine skiing.
At Christmas or in February, you can take advantage of courses of 6 classes spread over the week.
The most passionate among you will also have the opportunity to participate in competition courses.

The group snowboard lessons provided by ESF Valberg are organized from 3 participants. The minimum age to be respected is 9 years old. Groups are formed according to the level and age of the participants so that everyone can learn at their own pace and in optimal conditions.
You will discover skiing in complete safety, accompanied by professional riders, instructors at the ESF. They are also available to give you private lessons and take you to the slopes.
Morning, afternoon or full-day classes, you can participate in one session or several classes over several days in a row. A formula will allow you to include the ski lift pass.
Summary Snowshoeing
ESF Valberg offers you snowshoeing outings in the heart of the Alpes Maritimes.
The snowshoe hikes are organized for half days, and are accessible to all. Families will be welcome, non-skiers, children... but also sportsmen and adventurers wishing to get their fill of fresh air!
You will leave in the afternoon, at 1 p.m. from the ESF. The resort has a 10 kilometer marked trail for you. You will have plenty to enjoy in exceptional landscapes.
To change from skiing, or simply to enjoy the mountains in peace, thesnowshoe outingwill delight all nature lovers. Experience an unforgettable moment at an altitude of 2000 meters!
Summary Cross-Country Skiing
At the Valberg resort, you will find more than 25 km of groomed trails to embark on a cross-country skiing trip.
The ESF instructors will be able to give you some advice on step technique, and take you on the most beautiful routes in the resort.
The cross-country ski trails are maintained and marked. They offer you 3 loops allowing you to enjoy yourself without constraint. cross-country skiing is a mix between physical activity and relaxation, between technique and discovery of the natural mountain landscapes. It’s an activity accessible to everyone, and perfect for taking your mind off things during the holidays.
