The ESF Tignes Le Lac offers you the opportunity to learn to ski, but also to take part in snowboarding lessons, snowshoe walks ,cross-country skiing outings or lessons...

The objective of the ESF is to offer skiing for everyone. Children, adults, including people with disabilities will be able to experience sensations in the heart of the Killy Tignes Val d'Isère space.

Children can start skiing from the age of 3. A special area is dedicated to them to play in the snow and make their first slides.

In all, more than 160 tracks await you. From the green slope to the black slope, everyone will find the slope adapted to their level. Of course, you will be supervised by professional ESF instructors who will adapt to your level to allow you to progress and have as much fun as possible on the slopes.

The center welcomes you in high and low season forski lessonsbased on your level, even if you have never skied.

The ESF offers you:

Espace Killy is a true paradise for snowboards. The center offers snowboarding whatever your age or level:

• Children's snowboard lessons : children can start snowboarding from 8 years old, from beginner to 2nd snowboard level
• Adult snowboard lessons: Discover snowboarding in the best possible conditions, from beginner to expert level.

The center also offers premium snowboard lessons. Particularly with an instructor, you benefit from à la carte lessons.

The instructors are qualified to teach you snowboarding, from beginner to expert level: freestyle, freeride, off-piste...

The instructors from the French Ski School will take you to Haute Tarentaise for a unique adventure ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.
You will enjoy different routes every day to explore the surrounding forests, snowy trails and mountain villages.

Every Wednesday during the season, the ESF takes you on a nighttime snowshoe outing to an igloo in which you will enjoy a hot drink.

Thesnowshoe rides are relaxed and accessible to everyone, from children to adults. Day trips are possible.

Take advantage of a real fitness program and get started in cross-country skiing. ESF instructors offer you a private and personalized program!

You will be able to perfect your stepping technique under the advice of specialists, and let yourself be guided along the most beautiful Nordic hiking routes, whether you are alone, with family or with friends.
