Sainte-Foy is a special meeting place in winter, for practicing snow sports and discovering nature. In fact, the resort offers you the opportunity to have fun, in the middle of the larches but also in the heights of the mountain, on a ski area (1550m -2620m) made up of 15 slopes of varying difficulty.

Created in 1990, ESF Sainte Foy Tarentaise is today:

• Around forty instructors, half of whom are from the Tarentaise valley, who will share with you their love of the mountains, its fauna and its flora.
• 4 languages spoken.
• A reception and reservation office in the center of the resort and at the foot of the slopes.
• Many lesson options for all board sports: skiing, snowboarding, telemark, snowshoes...

Come learn skiing, or improve your skills with the ESF Sainte Foy.

Theski lessons are organized from 2 participants, and up to 8 people per instructor. These small groups allow each participant to practice in the best conditions. In addition, the courses are organized by level, from first skis to off-piste, including the possibility of organizing a Heliski outing!

For an even more personalized service, you will have the possibility of taking private ski lessons. They will allow you to discover the Sainte Foy area, and progress at your own pace. You can also hire an instructor for a half day or a day.

Children's lessons are offered, from beginners to competitions. In addition, children aged 3 to 5 will be able to discover skiing gently while having fun at the Piou Piou club.

ESF Sainte Foy offers you snowboard lessons for all ages!

The courses are organized according to the age and level of the participants: from beginner to class III!
You will need to rent the equipment and come with a pass to be able to take advantage of the ski lifts and learn snowboarding in the best conditions.

Classes are limited to a maximum of 8 students per instructor, which will allow you to learn at your own pace and benefit from personalized advice.

The most experienced among you will have the opportunity to accompany the instructors in the off-piste sessions on Sainte Foy. The area benefits from a well-deserved good reputation for off-piste skiing. The instructors will be able to accompany you, but also introduce you if you have never practiced and you feel ready!

The ESF Sainte Foy takes you to discover the area during exceptional hikes insnowshoes.

Many snowshoe walks are organized and supervised by ESF instructors. They can accommodate children and adults and be adapted to your level:

• Day snowshoe hike
• Exit to the listed village of Monal in the afternoon
• Snowshoe day with tasting
• Night snowshoe outing in the estate with tasting

It’s an opportunity to fill up on nature, but also to discover the heritage and local gastronomy. It's ideal for taking a break between two days of skiing or for organizing an outing with family or friends and enjoying a friendly moment together!
