Made up of instructors from the mountains, the ESF La Tania awaits you during the snow season in the center of the resort, every day of the week.

ESF La Tania offers skiing for everyone! Children and adults will find what they are looking for between the different ESF courses and the different slopes of the resort.

Children are not forgotten at the ESF either since a Kindergarten area is available within the Piou Piou club. This space will allow children to learn the pleasures of skiing in complete safety on a mechanical treadmill, games in the snow... all enhanced by a snack and professional supervision while the parents enjoy the slopes.

For suitable training, you can takeprivate ski lessons. The monitor will adapt to your needs for fast and secure learning.

Discover snowboarding during a group lesson geared towards initiation. A professional ESF instructor will take care of you within a homogeneous group and will show you thesliding techniques allowing you to have fun on the slopes.

If you already have some basics, you can take advantage of intermediate or advanced level snowboard lessons to learn fakies, tricks, jumps and all-snow riding!

You can reach up to the 3rd surf in the heart of the Courchevel valley.

Want to enjoy a snowshoe ride during your winter vacation? The ESF offers outings in the 3 Valleys area.

The ESF offers weekly programs with different snowshoe outings organized in the most beautiful points of interest in the area. You will leave in particular for the valley of Courchevel or Méribel to discover the snowy landscapes of the resort, in the total calm of the mountains.

Snowshoe hikes are available in the morning, afternoon, or even for the whole day. If you have never worn them, you will have the opportunity to embark on a discovery session.

The equipment is not included in the service. However, the resort is full of numerous stores where you can rent snowshoes and poles to enjoy the best of this activity.

ESF La Tania offers cross-country skiing lessons in the largest ski area in the world: the 3 Valleys area.

You will discover the magnificent landscapes of the resort during a Cross-country skiing outing from La Tania to the Méribel altiport. This trail is specially dedicated to the activity and crosses the forest for a unique adventure.

If you have never practiced, the instructors will take you to the slopes of Le Praz, ideal for getting started without complications during an initiation. This course is accessible to everyone and will allow you to learn the basics of cross-country skiing with family or friends on a 100% natural route.

To become a real cross-country skier, you will have the opportunity to take private cross-country skiing lessons over a period of 2 to 3 hours.
