The Pirineos Freeride Ski Club invites you to enter the wonderful world of adventure sports during the winter season. With us you can discover new hobbies that will surely become a recurring sport during your Christmas and Easter holidays. Excitement, adrenaline and fun are just some of the benefits that skiing will bring you.

We are in theAstún Ski Resort, one of the best areas of the Pyrenees to practice sports with large areas of land at your disposal. We have different levels that meet the levels of all our users, we also offer several types of Skiing so you can choose the one that best suits your characteristics and needs.

If you wish, you can take classes in other Pyrenees stations and departures with us to other parts of the country. You should not worry about the experience you have, during our classes we will adapt to your level so that you can make the most of the experience and become a great skier. Within our modalities you will find theSki touring, which you can use to carry out Active Tourism, where you will learn to use the different techniques on the snowy mantle both flat and perpendicular where you will carry out a kind of hiking with which you will strengthen in a different way the muscles involved in conventional skiing.

You can also opt for Off-Piste Skiing, a specialty in which you will learn the prior knowledge you need to have on the terrain and the techniques to use, these variables being of vital importance.You will learn at what exact moment you should brake or increase speed, overcoming the different obstacles that you will encounter during the journey. The notions you acquire during this practice are perfectly applicable to other modalities since they will develop your skills.

Our class groups are divided into Powder Team, Team-Rider and Chiqui-Rider, taking into account the age and the exercises to be carried out. In the first, the group is made up of adults of legal age who want to improve their freeride technique, knowing this discipline in depth. Off-piste skiing will be carried out with both modern and classic maneuvers, using different tools. You can also discover glacier skiing and rappelling along with cross-country skiing.

Our Team-Rider section is specially designed for children under 10 years old. Thanks to their age, they will be able to enter the world of skiing like true sponges, absorbing all the knowledge possible. They will learn quickly and will be able to achieve a veryperfected. They will be able to navigate red and black slopes, they will be delighted with the experience. Finally, the little ones in the house find their place in Chiqui-Rider. Classes are carried out in a very small group, with instructors specialized in dealing with children. They will get to know skiing through games and blue slopes around the station. They will learn to take lifts and will be able to apply the fundamental techniques.

You will seem to be inside a postcard world, where the white color prevails and mixes with the green tones of the leafy forests. Both on sunny days and on the purest winter days, it is an ideal activity to do. During the first days you will delight in the play of lights and reflections, in the second you will be surrounded by a captivating atmosphere.

Snowshoes are one of the most essential tools for sliding through the snow. Currently, their characteristics have been perfected and they are devices that are anchored to the users' feet. You will have at your disposal great materials belonging to the leading brands on the market, with the sole objective of guaranteeing you a peaceful and fun activity. Do not hesitate to come with the whole family, since we have equipment adapted to all ages.

We will spend a full day crossing the snowy landscapes of the Pyrenees, getting to know the most beautiful corners of the valleys that welcome us. Within our offer you will find different itineraries, of equal quality but with very different characteristics. Each and every one of them will leave you delighted and you will want to repeat every year. We can explore the landscapes of Miidi D'Osseay or the Beech Forest of Candanchú. If you prefer, we will reach the Pico de los Mojes de Astún or the Pico del Aspe.
