Viñedos del Ternero

Located in one of the most emblematic areas of "Rioja Alta", sheltered by the Obarenses mountains and between the towns of Sajazarra, Viñedos del Ternero has one of the best facilities. p>

Anguciana, Galbárruli and Villalba, Hacienda Ternero is located (see Hacienda Website). Other, no less widespread, names of the farm are Granja el Ternero or, simply, Coto Redondo del Ternero.

In the heart of the estate Viñedos del Ternero there are several buildings from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries that have been rehabilitated or are in the process of being rehabilitated.

In the most emblematic of these buildings we have located our wine project. A winery with a maximum production of 200,000 liters per year. Exploitation of almost artisanal dimension that allows us to dedicate to our wine the attention and affection it deserves and reach the levels of quality currently demanded by an increasingly demanding market.

Viñedos del Ternero, although geographically located in the community of La Rioja, is, due to the whims of La Historia, the municipal district of Miranda de Ebro. As a result, paradoxically, Viñedos del Ternero is the only winery in Burgos with a Rioja Designation of Origin.

In our facilities, wines with the most daring design rest in harmonious coexistence with other more conventional and traditional ones. We are aware of the continuous evolution of the sector and that is why we want to be present in most market segments.
