Our visitors will be accompanied at all times by an expert winemaker, who will show them all the fundamental aspects required by the process of making good wine. The best of all is that the explanations will consist of a theoretical part and a practical part. And that is precisely what differentiates us from the rest of the tours organized by other wineries in the area. While they base their visits on a route through the vineyards, ours are characterized by their pedagogical nature.
We will begin the visit in our vineyards, where we will see such important details as the vegetative cycle of the vine, or the importance that the climate or soil has for our vineyards. Later, we will go to the winery, where the winemaker will teach us how the grapes are received, and what the process of making and aging the different wines is, whether white, rosé or red.
The tour will end with an exquisite tasting of our wines, but not before explaining how to taste a wine, and how to serve it. Of course, we will accompany the tasting with a good appetizer, to contrast flavors.
