- Tasting: With the permission of Dionysus, the Greek god of wine, taking a boat ride on the Albufera lake while tasting wine is an almost mythical experience. In an hour and a half we will taste three wines from the different denominations of origin of the Valencian Community. We will talk about the wineries, the production, the grape varieties used and other anecdotes.
- Cava tasting in Malvarrosa: At that magical hour when the day is ending, we want to wrap you in bubbles. Taking a walk along Malvarrosa Beach, we arrive at a place on the sea where we will taste three cavas. We will compare the aromas, the brightness and we will chat about the differences and similarities with other types of sparkling wines as the afternoon falls. If you prefer, the option of a wine tasting (white and/or red) is also offered
- Tapas workshop: Open your senses by taking a walk through the Central Market as an aperitif to witness the making of local tapas. You provide the appetite and we provide the aprons. In this way, you learn to prepare some simple dishes from our kitchen and, best of all, you enjoy a pleasant meal at the collaborating restaurant a stone's throw from the cathedral, in the heart of the city. And if the weather is good, we eat on the terrace.
