Several of the most characteristic wines of Castilla La Mancha are found in the Toboso area. At Bodegas VQ we want to present to you why the province of Cuenca and Toledo is known as the "golden triangle" within the sector.
At the Venta de Don Quijote estate, we can share with you our knowledge and tastings after centuries of dedication to wine production. We do it through:
- Complete guided tours of the estate: so that you know from beginning to end what the process is until the wine reaches the table, we will begin by showing you the vineyards, explaining the keys to the moment of harvest, what steps the grapes follow until they arrive to the winery and we will finish tasting the wines that are marketed under our brands.
- Talks about the varieties we work with, their qualities, what makes them different and how to distinguish the types of wines. We assure you that you will never take it the same way again, being able to appreciate all the people involved in obtaining any of them.
