Bodegas Cosecha Extremeña

Cosecha Extremeña is a family winery dedicated to making quality wines from its own vineyard. Its facilities are located in Fuente del Maestre (Badajoz), and have the latest technologies for the production of its wines.

The vineyard is located in the Vegas Bajas del Guadiana, whose clay-silty soils offer us the retention of water and unique nutrients for an exceptional development of our varieties: Macabeo and Pardina in whites and Tempranillo , Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon and Graciano in reds.

The family character and the meticulous control of all stages of production distinguish the qualities of our wines, whose raw material chosen at its optimal moment of maturity is selected and subjected to the strictest quality controls, with the most rigorous respect for the environment throughout its process.

The details make the difference, and that is why we opt for some of them such as:

- Limited production (we only select 30% of the vineyard, carefully selecting and producing in 10,000 liter tanks for better production control).
- 100% natural cork in one piece
- Nitrogen between the cork and the wine to avoid oxidation and better conservation.

- Basic plan: Extremaduran breakfast in the winery + guided tour + commented tasting
- Enogastronomic plan: Consists of a basic plan + grilled meat meal unique in the area
