Aecovi is a large cooperative that in turn brings together different cooperatives from the area of Jerez de la Frontera.

Our goal is to achieve the production of wines following the artisanal practices that have been followed in our land for centuries. And we could not achieve this without the formidable work of the men and women in the vineyards and wineries.

Thanks to this process, we can, ultimately, offer you exceptional wines, respectful of the environment and always following a manual of good practices towards the winemakers, who are responsible for the quality of the product.

Do you want to visit our wineries? We will be happy for you to come. We can offer you different tours of the fields and facilities. In addition, we adapt the itineraries to the different times of the year.

You will learn to recognize the soils, appreciate the differences between grape varieties, and even prune them. Later we will show you the interior of the wineries, we will explain their artisanal practices and, of course, we will do tastings with pairings.
