Totem Adventure

Totem Adventure Rafting is a center that organizes various outdoor activities, dealing with disciplines to be practiced on the Dora Baltea river, including rafting.

The association offers descents for beginners and experts, accompanied by rafting instructors and equipped with all the necessary equipment, so as to spend fun hours in total safety, being able to choose based on your skills between:

• Express
• Fontine
• Karma
• Must
• Weekend
• Groups

Each descent can last a minimum of one hour and 30 minutes. to a maximum of 4 hours, a whole day or a weekend, in short the only thing you will have to do is choose how long to get involved on our rapids.

No specific experience is needed for this discipline, in fact it is a practice suitable for all ages, however, depending on the difficulty of the route, sections of the river are crossed depending on the groups, which can be made up of only children, adults or families. The teacher will offer you different routes, and you will choose how far to go.

Totem Adventure Kayak is a center in the province of Aosta that is dedicated to organizing activities that allow you to be outdoors and experience wonderful moments in direct contact with nature.

In the company of a competent, professional and very friendly staff you can venture onto the waters of the Dora Baltea river practicing a very adventurous and fun sport, which will leave you amazed by the beauty that surrounds this wonderful region.

You can decide to follow Kayak lessons, lasting three hours and learn the fundamental techniques to venture out in complete autonomy aboard a canoe.

You can opt for the Topoduo practice, which consists of kayak descents with an instructor in white water (lasting three hours) and which allows you to enjoy the rapids in safety.

Each activity is carried out with the utmost competence, in order to guarantee peaceful and above all fun descents, while enjoying your holiday days in our magnificent region.

Totem Adventure Paragliding, is a center based in the province of Aosta, which is dedicated to promoting activities that allow you to be outdoors and above all in direct contact with nature, a fundamental part of our region at the foot of Mont Blanc.

Among the different disciplines, the center staff proposes the practice of a very adventurous and adrenaline-filled sport, which will allow you to soar above our city, passing alongside the mystical parts of Mont Blanc, paragliding.
