The activities of Smarè started in 2003 for the first initial group of associates and gradually became more and more numerous and included both children and adults.

Among the proposals included in the association's seasonal calendars you will find:

• school holidays, for those who want to spend a sporting holiday and learn the basics of navigation,
• summer camps dedicated to sailing for kids,
• numerous stages dedicated to the most disparate sailing topics, both theoretical and practical.

The method used to teach students the most fundamental navigation practices is carefully developed by professional instructors, among the aspects on which the greatest importance is placed we find the study of safety regulations, always everything, obviously. keeping clear the real engine that drives the activities of those who love boats: fun.

In our Smaré center we have the right solution for you, in fact we offer sailing courses for everyone, from the largest to the smallest, for those who want to look out for the first time in the world of sailing to those who are already an expert and just want to improve their technique and learn to be completely autonomous on the boat.

Our courses are :

• Optimist : dedicated to children aged 6 to 14, this course lasts 5 days, and is suitable for those who have never been on a sailboat and want to venture into this magnificent world;
• Dinghy : a course designed specifically for children aged 14 and over, who have already had experience in sailing and want to improve their technique more and more, in this course we will use single-seater and two-seaters, also this experience lasts 5 days;
• Cabin cruiser : course that will make you skilled conductors of cabin sailboats, where you will be able to learn how to bring a passenger sailboat by yourself so that you can enjoy your sailing holidays with your friends or yours. family members. This course will be held only in case of at least two participants.

Our excursions can be adapted to the needs of our participants, in fact you can only get on the boat and spend the rest of the excursion in complete tranquility sunbathing, or take an active part in navigation together with our skippers who they will advise and supervise your adventure at the helm.

The reachable destinations are mostly infinite , in fact, to the east we can go towards Punta Meliso and the Lighthouse of Leuca , up to the fantastic karst caves; to west towards Punta Ristola up to Gallipoli , passing through unforgettable caves and small inlets.

On request we can also organize trips of more than one day , where you can stay overnight on the boat and live a unique experience.
