We had a horrible experience. To avoid absolutely!
We had reserved via YUMPING, but SNMCA had not updated its calendar, so that a reservation was confirmed for a Thursday.
We called their number 12 times and sent an email, but in the end we led 45 minutes with our two young children to discover that it was closed! We had to reprogram via YUMPING, who advised us to recall SNMCA. I still called them about ten times unanswered.
Finally, they answered (without any excuse) and, when we arrived on Sunday, they were simply eating, without welcome or excuse. Our session started 40 minutes late and they never apologized.
The man who directed the session was quite nice during the activity herself, but overall their communication and their ways were deplorable. If they had apologized and welcomed properly, we would not have left this opinion. We do not recommend.
